WHAT YOU´LL LEARN
In the course we will cover everything you need to get started with bodypercussion. We will learn how to Stomp our feet, clap our hands and make basic bodypercussion patterns to strengthen and improve your rhythm & groove. Even If you are experienced there is plenty of groovy goodness for you, with several intermediate level combos, tips & tricks.
I have really tried to make it a fun & energetic experience for you to join this course and learn & improve rhythm, coordination, listening & improvisational skills.
The moves and grooves you learn during this course will work perfectly on their own, but my main focus was to create bodypercussion grooves that fit musictracks.
We will play & groove to downloadable musictracks in genres like funk, rock, reggae & Latin.
My goal and hope with this course above all, is to get you on the floor and feel the beats all through your body, and have a lot of groovy fun along the way.

Fell in love with bodypercussion in 2001 when I joined the international percussion show STOMP. I have since taught and performed bodypercussion extensively around the world. Lucky to be an instructor at Rhythm Week in Helsinki 2014, The International Bodymusic Festival in Paris 2016 & Body Rhythm Hamburg in 2019.
